Integrated a third-party payment gateway to streamline online payments for a client.
Kunal Desai, a Software Developer at Accenture, led the integration of a third-party payment gateway for a client’s e-commerce platform. The goal of this project I was to provide customers with a seamless, secure, and efficient way to make online payments. Kunal worked with various payment gateway APIs such as Stripe and PayPal to integrate the payment system while ensuring compatibility with the existing infrastructure. Kunal’s role involved configuring the gateway to support multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards and wallets. I also worked closely with the client to ensure that the payment process aligned with their business needs. The integration provided a significant improvement in the user experience and streamlined the payment process, boosting sales and reducing cart abandonment rates.
