About the Project
RecruitmentFlow is an automation tool developed by Deepika Sharma to streamline the hiring processes at Wipro. This tool aimed to reduce the time and effort spent on recruitment by automating repetitive tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter generation. Deepikas tool integrated with the companys existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and used predefined criteria to filter and rank candidates based on their resumes and job requirements. The tool utilized machine learning algorithms to analyze candidates profiles and recommend the best fits for the job. Deepika ensured that the tool I was designed to be user-friendly with an intuitive interface that allowed HR managers to quickly review candidates qualifications and experience. Additionally, the automation system also incorporated email notifications to keep candidates updated on the status of their applications, reducing the manual workload for HR teams. The tools main goal I was to speed up the recruitment process while ensuring that only the most qualified candidates were selected. Deepika worked with various stakeholders, including HR and IT teams, to successfully implement the tool across the organization. The RecruitmentFlow project helped Deepika gain experience in HR technology, data automation, and the use of machine learning to enhance business processes. This tool ultimately saved time, improved efficiency, and resulted in faster and more accurate hiring decisions.
