Digital Shram Sankalp is a national-level Ideathon by the Ministry of Labour & Employment in collaboration with MyGov, inviting innovative ideas to enhance eShram, National Career Service (NCS), and Shram Suvidha through AI, data-driven solutions, accessibility, and digital innovation.
Overview
The Ideathon focuses on developing creative and actionable digital solutions that improve the utility, accessibility, and overall functioning of eShram, NCS, and Shram Suvidha. Participants can submit ideas addressing challenges related to migrant workers, profile management, AI-enabled career services, portal outreach, labour-code compliance, accessibility, user experience, data quality, analytics, skill recommendations, employer hiring intelligence, and Digital Public Infrastructure for employment services. Solutions should consider data privacy and security and align with applicable government guidelines, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, UIDAI, and MeitY guidelines. The brief
Participants can choose one or multiple problem statements, with only one idea allowed per problem statement.
01 — Migrant Worker Tracking in eShram Develop a consent-based, secure and privacy-preserving migrant tracking capability for better welfare delivery.
02 — Profile Updation Create solutions that help workers regularly update information such as address, mobile number, occupation, and skills.
03 — AI Enabled Interview Preparation & Assessment Build an accessible AI interview-readiness toolkit with mock interviews, voice practice, resume-to-job fit scoring, behavioural questions, and soft-skills assessment.
04 — Increasing Outreach of the Portals Develop ways to increase awareness and outreach while preventing fraudulent employment-related platforms.
05 — AI-Driven Smart Inspection System Use AI and automated document analysis to identify compliance gaps, anomalies, missing information, and generate risk-based compliance scorecards.
06 — Accessibility & Inclusive Technology Design multilingual, voice-first, icon-driven, and disability-inclusive interfaces for eShram, NCS, and Shram Suvidha.
07 — Portal Enhancements & User Experience Improve onboarding, profile management, eligibility checks, and profile updates across the platforms.
08 — Data Quality Enhancement Develop AI/ML tools to detect and correct inaccurate occupation codes, invalid contact information, and database inconsistencies.
09 — Data Driven Dashboards Develop analytics and visualization solutions for migration patterns, skill clusters, scheme uptake, labour risks, and workforce trends.
10 — Course & Skill Recommendation Engines Build AI-powered systems that recommend courses, skill pathways, jobs, training opportunities, and track training-to-placement outcomes.
11 — Employer Discovery & Hiring Intelligence Develop tools to help employers discover verified, job-ready talent using trust markers, skill heatmaps, wage benchmarking, and candidate readiness scoring.
12 — Transforming NCS into a Digital Public Infrastructure Develop NCS as a citizen-centric DPI connecting employment, skilling, counselling, internships, apprenticeships, livelihood opportunities, government platforms, employers, and training providers.
Deliverables

Yes. Participants can submit solutions for multiple problem statements, but only one idea is allowed per problem statement.
Do I need to submit my project on Wooble to participate in the challenge?
No. Participation and prize evaluation are handled entirely by the official host, MyGov / Innovate India. Wooble is listing this challenge as a discovery and project-record platform. You may optionally submit your work on Wooble to maintain a permanent record of your innovation project, receive expert feedback, and showcase it on your profile. Submitting on Wooble does not constitute a separate competition entry and does not affect the host's evaluation or prizes.
