How to use it

Active
Only the applications still moving — the roles where you're mid-process and a decision hasn't been made.
Why it matters: These are the ones worth your energy right now. Filtering to Active tells you where to prepare and where a reply might be coming.
How to use it

Prepare for what's next — a challenge, a screen, or an interview.
AI interview
A stage some companies include in their hiring workflow: a live, role-specific interview with an AI interviewer, right inside the application. It asks a set of questions, you answer out loud or by typing, and your responses are scored and passed to the hiring team.
Why it matters: It's a real interview you can take on your own schedule — no back-and-forth to find a slot. Treat it like the real thing, because it is: your answers become part of how the company evaluates you for the role.
How to use it

When an AI interview becomes your current step, open the application and click into it.

Allow camera and microphone access — the session is recorded, so a mic is required (it falls back to audio-only if the camera isn't available).

Answer each question by speaking (your words appear as live captions) or by typing your response, then send it to move to the next question.

Finish the interview when you're done — your answers are submitted automatically and the hiring team takes it from there.

Hired
The roles where you made it all the way through and received an offer or hire decision.
Why it matters: Your wins, kept in one place. It's a record of the outcomes your proof-of-work earned you.
How to use it

Open Applications and choose the Hired filter.

Open an application to revisit the role and the process behind it.
Closed
Applications that have ended without an offer — withdrawn, passed on, or closed by the company.
Why it matters: Closure is useful. Seeing what didn't move forward helps you spot patterns and put your effort where it lands.
