Your personal snapshot: profile completion and strength, recent profile views, applications in progress, achievement highlights, and challenges you've participated in.
Why it matters: Instead of hunting across the app, you see the whole picture at once — and the app tells you where a small effort pays off, like finishing your profile or replying to a moving application.
How to use it

Open Home from the launcher or by signing in.

Review your profile completion and act on any prompts to strengthen it.

Use the shortcuts to jump into Opportunities, Applications, or your Profile.
Tip: A more complete profile gets discovered more — the completion panel shows exactly what's left to add.
