Jobs

Find a role, apply, and follow every step.

Jobs is where you find full-time roles and internships and follow every application you've made. Instead of guessing, you see each company's hiring steps and which one you're on, and what to do next.

How it works

  1. 1

Browse jobs or switch to internships, by skill or by location.

  2. 2

Apply with one click. Your application is in straight away; your profile and resume can come after.

  3. 3

Follow it in Your applications at the top of Jobs, and do each step when it's your turn.

  4. 4

The company moves you forward, or tells you it's not going ahead, sometimes with reasons.

Features

Browse and apply

Open roles from companies hiring on proof of work, with the location, experience, pay and skills on each card.

Why it matters: Most roles come with a way to show what you can do, so you're judged on your work, not on keywords.

How to use it

  1. 1

Open Jobs from the rail. Switch between Jobs and Internships at the top.

  2. 2

Open a role to read it in full.

  3. 3

    Choose Apply.

Your applications

Every role you've applied for, shown above the open roles, each with the step you're on. Finished ones are under Archived.

Why it matters: One honest view of everything in flight, so you never wonder whether a company has seen your application.

How to use it

  1. 1

Open Jobs and look under Your applications.

  2. 2

Open an application to see the company's steps and the one you're on.

Tip: Home also shows your applications that need you, under Your Wooble.

Hiring steps

Each company sets its own steps. You might answer a few questions, add your resume, record a short video, take an AI interview, do a take-home challenge, or join an interview on a call.

Why it matters: You see each step when it's your turn, with what it asks for and any deadline.

How to use it

  1. 1

Open the application when a step needs you.

  2. 2

For a take-home challenge, open the brief from the application and hand in before your own deadline.

  3. 3

For an interview, join with the meeting link at the time shown, or pick a time if you've been offered a few.

AI interview

A step some companies include: a role-specific interview with an AI interviewer inside the application. You answer out loud or by typing, and your answers go to the hiring team.

Why it matters: It's a real interview you can take on your own schedule, so treat it like one.

How to use it

  1. 1

When it's your step, open the application and start it.

  2. 2

Allow camera and microphone. A microphone is needed; without a camera it runs audio-only.

  3. 3

Answer each question, then send it to move on. Finish to submit.

Tip: Find somewhere quiet with a steady connection before you start.
